We named the company after the surveyor's reference mark — a permanent point of known value that everything else is measured against. That's the job: a trustworthy standard between US firms that need civil talent and Filipino professionals who deserve better work.

The talent is real. The bridge was missing.

US civil and surveying firms face a decade-long talent shortage — plan sets pile up while recruiting drags on for months. Meanwhile the Philippines graduates thousands of licensed civil and geodetic engineers every year, English-fluent and trained on the same AutoCAD and Civil 3D toolchain US firms run.

What was missing is trust: a way for a US firm to know a candidate is genuinely skilled, legally employed, and set up to succeed remotely. That vetting-and-compliance bridge is what we built.
